Below is an overview of our terms and conditions of payment and delivery in relation to our webshop. They serve to protect the customer and Ventuno fragrances and we hope to provide clarity and avoid any misunderstandings. 1 Prices
Ventuno cannot be held responsible for incorrect prices, e.g. due to input and/or printing errors. Mentioned prices include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. For amounts over fifty euros, shipping costs are free.
2 Ordering
Please check your order carefully before finalizing it. Unfortunately it still happens regularly that data such as e-mail address and address details are entered incorrectly. When you place an order with us, the total amount is paid directly via a payment method of your choice. Within minutes you will receive an email with the total amount of your order including shipping costs. This is also your proof of order. Keep it well.
3 Payment
Payment is always entirely in advance. Once you place your order you will be redirected to the checkout screen. Here you can choose from different payment methods. Your order is completed as soon as you pay using one of these options. Once we have received confirmation, which you will also receive, we will send the goods. Please note! Products in your shopping cart are not reserved.
4 Shipping
All goods, if in stock, are shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment.The order is usually offered by PostNL within 1 to 2 working days after shipment. If goods are not in stock the amount will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, in the same way you paid for your order. We always ship with a Track&Trace code to check the progress of the shipment.
5 Shipping costs
We ship exclusively with PostNL. These rates are used for shipping your package. Visit the PostNL website for an overview of the rates. Orders above an amount of 100 euros will be shipped for free within the Netherlands. Shipping costs for packages with a delivery address in Belgium/Germany are €10,00. The packages are always provided with a Track&Trace code so that you can follow your order abroad to the front door. Shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item are for your own account.
6 Returning and / or exchanging
You may return and exchange the order within 14 days provided:
- The return slip is fully completed and enclosed
- The items are not used and / or worn (other than fit)
- There is no damage from repair work on your own initiative
- There are no stains or bad odors present
The cost of returning to us is for your own account.
7 Guarantee
The products offered for sale comply with current Dutch legislation and regulations. Buyers in other countries are responsible for requesting information from their local authorities about importing or using the products ordered.
8 Privacy
The information provided by you will only be used for the proper conduct of Ventuno's business and will never be provided to third parties, provided it is necessary for payment transactions and delivery of your order.
9 Complaints / suggestions / questions
If you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact us. Your complaint will be treated seriously.
Suggestions and tips are always welcome! We appreciate any suggestions to make your online shopping experience with us even more enjoyable.
For example, if you have any questions about a product you may always contact us. We will answer them as soon as possible. In addition, we recommend reading our size charts and product descriptions to get a good idea of the product.
